To bring out the shape of the eyes, or to give it more of an almond shape..
Also, I don’t mean to be horrible but it’s Arab women, Arabic is the language not the people.

does anyone know why Arabic women always ‘wing out’ the inside corners of the eyes? Examples @: :24, : 37, :55….almost all of them have, some subtle, some obvious…anyway, I was just wondering…I love the bright and colorful looks!
