i ve been told by dentist that there is something chemical in the mouthwash that make teeth yellow ,i stopped using it eversince and used tounge cleaner everytime i eat something.

that happened to me, my jaw would really hurt so I had to take a break from chewing gum. I stopped for a while and my jaw is ok now, I just chew gum every once in a while
she already said that in the video and I am pretty sure that is common knowledge

my toothbrush has a tonguebrush on the back, and it has that kind of bristles that the orabrush has…
it actually makes a huge difference than if you just brush your tongue with the toothbrush part!
