Beauty Tip: Dissolve Your Eye Makeup

This is the easiest way to remove your eye makeup. I use Cosmetic Rounds and I don’t have to tug or pull on my eyelids. It literally dissolves all of the primer, eyeshadow, liquid, gel, cream liner and waterproof mascara! I have used this method to remove my eye makeup for as long as I can remember. I use Baby Oil, you can use anything you want.
