As for foundation, yeah that’s where a girl can go wrong! LOL, we’ve all been there! The right shade is a bit tricky to find! Maybe a girl on a budget can’t afford department & sometimes drugstore brands can be overwhelming!
I kinda agree with you, but I think we’re all different
I think all girls know what black eyeliner is. We all have personal preferences, if a girl wears a ton of black eyeliner, that’s her business & her style, yeah sure its not my style. But I dont think a style is “wrong” because I don’t personally wear it. Anywayy! ^_^

hahah,i think those kids with too much eyeliner are probably scene/emo kids.
it was sooo funny in a way u sounded like a teacher LOL
I hurts me too when i pluck but some of the thing I feel helpful are pluck your eyebrows after you take a hot shower or you can use lotion to moistures the skin around your eyebrows. This help me out :].
the 5 minute face by carmindy is what girls at high schools need to abide by! if the girls at my school followed that so many more girls would look prettier but also naturally prettier! and on the same eyebrow note, i see a lot of girls who over pluck! their eyebrows are either way to thin, have a weird tadpole or hook shape, or both! so on the same note as eyebrows, it is better to do as little as possible!
