@marybrown90 works for me! I leave Colgate Total White (no gel, just white paste) on overnight. I’m also prone to hyperpigmentation after acne goes down, but toothpaste seems to minimize that too.
my mom tells me to pop my pimples or else they get bigger!!! :O

i take a needle run it though a lighter to sanitize it and pit it right through a pimple then pull it out and the white head will be all out. dont squeeze it after but i herd this from a doctor and it works well for me because i hate the look of white heads, it gets rid of the zit faster, and it doent damage the tissue around it so it won’t scar

I’ve heard that putting a dab of toothpaste (with fluoride) will help speed up the pimples life because it dries it out. Is this true?
You should really try the face wash called BellaBoo! It’s an Australian company i think, but it’s amazing! it makes your skin clear and SOOO soft =]

i read in the proactive handbook that school milk (hood) makes your skin break out.
what about draining pimples with a warm damp towel and gently put pressure on it so the bacteria can drain out?
