@TWEET629 sodium hydroxide is in a plethora of products. Check your deordorant, lotions, and facial cleansers and creams.
i love the set it free too, but i feel like it runs out very quickly
hi taren, i knw u probably said what type of curls you have before, but i was just wondering what kind you have, bkuz i knw you said that cafe aulait has 3c, curls so i was wondering what kind you had, kuz i was thinking u had 3c curls too lol. idk, that stuff confuses me but it would help to knw what kind ppl have so i can compare them to mine and see what kind i have, so i can get advice from ppl with about the same kind of curls.

@TWEET629 Sodium hydroxide is used to neutralize the high acid levels found in some products, it is used in very small amounts not enough to cause any damage to your hair. It helps to give the product the proper pH level, which is a good thing…
@TWEET629 Sodium Hydroxide sometimes is used to balance the pH of a product. Only a trace amount is used, not enough to cause damage to your hair. HTH

!!!oh my gosh,are you kidding me, the pick is my best friend, i use the pick all the time, if it is not a pick i use what ever is closest to me that has a point, usually one of my makeup brushes lol, or a pencil or pen or whatever, u should see my pick it looks really sad, it is a cheaper one, and i’ve dropped it so many times, that i kid you not there are only like 3 teeth left in the center…so funny, need to purchase new ones…
girl, i’m so loving your hair here, u and i have similar hair, except yours is a lot bigger, due to the tighter curls u have in the underside, which i do not have, if i did then my hair would def be just like that…
I soooo can’t wait for my hair to be completely natural..i’ll be able to use these products and really see the reaction, cuz with transitioning you cant see it as much..Great review i can tell you really like it :0)

@shortysgs03 That’s excellent! I think it may do well with you too actually… But of course you know your hair better..Lol.. But it’s not watery or anything.. It’s a really good cream.. The spray helps capture the curls better in my opinion and is just much easier.. I would love to see it on you and see how you feel about it..
hey Taren, what can i do about my dry ends, i hate it.
It’s exciting to find a product that works and works well. I am still searching for something other than kinky curly that works on my 4 category hair that doesn’t leave my hair looking like a dry piece of tumbleweed. Honestly, it makes me miss my relaxer. So frustrating.
@TWEET629 Sodium Hydroxide is often used as a pH stabilizer in hair products, and the amount is minimal. But, it’s not listed on my bottle though either, so I think they removed it!
Its nice to have the two options, I think my curls might be too tight for the spray..glad you found 2 staple products! Im going to a DevaCurl Styling and Cutting Course next week…Im excited! Just wanted to let ya know
