Anyway, and the daughter of one of the wives was going to make up school called MUD in NY and I thought about you and how you want to be in makeup. lol, My local Shaws closed. They did carry Black Radiance, and yes it is for African Americans. If you wanted to know more google them because they have a website too:) love all the products though.

They also sell Black Radiance @ Rite Aid!!! It is for dark skin tone girls!! But I own some cream shadows and i love them!!
I saw that people mentioned that Black Radiance is made by Markwins International, but I have not seen anyone mention that the same company makes WetnWild and Tropez.
It is its own brand. Its made for African American ppl, hence the name Black Radiance.
its like you stumbled into a store in Canada or something, what with all that bilingual packaging….Vin is wine in french and Rose Iridescent is french for Pink Iridescent…I don’t speak french but living in Canada you learn all your stuff from packages cause everything has to be printed in French and English…Great haul!….don’t you love it when you find a ridiculous sale like that?!
