to get the color out you just push the bottom where the color is and it will come out after that the same thing happens with the ulta gloss like it

@glitzygirl523 yes but during school dayts i mostly just wear it down. but i curl it with hot rollers and wear pony tails and braids all the time

I have the 2 in 1 lip conditoner too, and my color never comes out either! its so annoying just the clear stuff comes out, i thought i was doing something wrong too haha
i think for the lipgloss you push it out:)

you squeeze from the bottom up…..
okay they totally copied the packaging on the mascara id care im just saying I love you taylor!
you squezze the middle part of the lip gloss to get the color.
um the lipgloss try squezzing it in the middl enot the sides
on the first product did you squeeze from the bottom

Hi Taylor! I like Elf’s mascara too, and I thought the same thing you did when I first tried it — the bottom looks like the top. lol! I also have the shimmer palette and I really like it. It adds a nice shine to the tops of my cheeks. Please do a tutorial with the eyeshadow quad. xoxo
