    Is it bad to take in Women’s One a Day, Hair Skin & Nails vitamins, Super B Complex, Folic Acid, & Fish Oil vitamins once a day.

    There are beautiful woman from all backgrounds but usually the most attractive black women out there are actually the ones that are biracial like Hallie Berry, Leona Lewis or Alicia Keys all examples of beautiful women who are half black and half white!

Yes I agree with u about taking the vitamins, I did get the one a day women, and it has all I think of the vitamins u listed, at first when I got them I didnt take them..but since March I think I really start taking them as I should… and I ran out a couple of weeks ago… got to get some more… I do have the prenatal, but vitamins and drinking WATER is the best thing to do.thanks for posing ur vidoes

    Good job on the video, thank you for taking the time to develop and post. A lot of black and or aa women do not have the knowledge on the importance of taking vitamins and maintaining healthy hair :) this should help a lot of people!

    im mainly french&native american but i have 9 races, partially consisting of jamacian.
    and my hair is pretty, BUT(and its a big but lol) i cut it layered and since its curly it gets frizzy and im scared of straightening it! a lot of my hair fell out from it!! im talkin 4, 5 inches!

    there are some vitamins that believe it or not, are sold at “Dollar General” that has all of these vitamins & minerals and is $5.00 !!! they even have the in-NOS-itol as well…Walmart also has that is $6 or $7 dollars. they are both called “Hair Skin and Nails….I used to purchase Groganics 2-A-Day vitamins and have gotten results from both..and trust me, my hair was a HOT MESS…so save some money and hit up Dollar General or Walmart…ttyl yall

    great video. i love all the info. I’m about to start eating healthy now….but hair grows a lot while you’re pregnant bc during pregnancy, your hair is stuck in the growing phase and also during pregnancy, your body is holding onto all the nutrients stored in your body.
