   try to run it across the bottom eye lashes u should feel the liner rubbing through ur lashes that should help with the watering

   This is amazing and very helpful..just one question though – don’t your eyes water when you brush below the lid? Mine do and its a HUGE problem because spoils my eye makeup and under the eyes also

   I think its a real confidence boost to black women to be able to put make up on so they can take some of the colour away and straighten their hair.

But you all want to talk about black women. Quit hating we know you all want to be like us. At least when we get old we don’t look our age. Like my grandmother use to say black do crack. NOW I’M LOL
