I actually use Bioton and B6,my hair has grown atleast 2 inches in 2 or 1 1/2 months. I also use horse shampoo,u could buy it at walmart its in a white and yellow bottle,its HUGE. Anyways,my hair is growing faster than it ever has and I notice a difference not every day but every week atleast. So yeah. Those 3 things work pretty good. Just saying.

You need to be careful with those vitamins! If you overdose (which is possible) you can get super super sick. So PLEASE be careful.
