Actually it is not great for acne because it contains petrolatum which is comedogenic. It clogs your pores causing more acne.

also Neosporen works great for acne

  3. apparently a lot of people like proactive… i guess the product really has got some specialty. but it didn’t work for me as the content irritated my skin pretty badly. so if you have sensitive skin and are suffered from acne problem like i used to be, try some natural stuff such as honey, bananas and milk (mash, blend and put them on your face as masks just as you’d eat them in your cereo) to counter balance the sensitiveness. my acne went away after my alegy did.

    pause it on 3:51 AHAHAHHHA

  5. that’s a coincidence. I’m Italian too, and I’ve lived a long time in Florida as well (from age 12 to 16), and my eyes are getting real wrinky very quickly too T_T but that’s more from growing up beachfront in Terracina than it is from FL. Oh, and I have mousy brown hair too

  6. Beautybasics says:

Yes…Walmart…not sure about CVS..we don’t have those here.

  7. can i get that green mask from wal-mart or cvs?

  8. haha pause on 4:04!

proactive is what my whole family uses and we like it a lot.

  10. Beautybasics says:

We use Dermalogica products at school. They are great because they don’t use any comedogenic products or allergens in their lotions. =)

  12. S8T8A8R says:

You should try Dermalogica…it’s pretty good! I think it’s way better than Proactiv….

  13. S8T8A8R says:

You know dipping your finger in that jar of eye cream is a big no no…it harbors bacteria…just thought i’d let you know if you didn’t already….

  14. Beautybasics says:

It’s a mousey brown =P Same as my brows.

  15. X1HONEY says:

seriously you’re italian? LOL, never would’ve guessed it! LOL, so wait what’s your natural hair colour? lol, random comment sorry LOL. Just curiousity :)

  16. X1HONEY says:

    @ mchlauchlin

I heard that the pro-active stuff works. But once you stop using it/miss a day using it after continous use, you break out like crazy. I’ve heard stuff like this from friends and just reviews. I hope this helps :) & you can always go to a dermatologist to help you out :)

  17. f4shantel says:

wow you remind me of hayden panettiere!

  18. hi! i liked your video. um…if you want a good moisturizer, i suggest the Olay complete all day moisturizer. it’s really good, it’s not too expensive, around 10-13 dollars for a jar.(60ml) I’m pretty sure it’s better than the proactive repairing lotion. it’s just a suggestion, good cream you can try out. many people actually use it, and they all love it!

  19. vanillapod18 says:

does proactiv help with acne scars as well?

  20. Beautybasics says:

Lol, do you actually know what you’re talking about or did you just not listen. Proactiv sends a moisturizer and toner along with their “clean”sir (get over my pronunciation, getting upset gets you no-where). I’m letting people know that they can’t rely on the moisturizer by proactiv because it’s crap, now if you would have listened….

  21. gentilman06 says:

    hi, sammy you are wonderful

  22. For one, it’s pronounced CLEN-ZER, not ‘clean’sir. The proactive lotion isn’t supposed to be an extreme moisturizer, it’s about DRYING out your pimples, and keeping the ph balanced.

  23. I actually used pro-active for about 4 months and it didn’t work for me. I would recommend a system called Zaire. Awesome stuff.
