Hi Natasha! I’ve watched all your videos this week! Thank you theyre great. I tried to make my own shampoo using… castile soap, water, olive oil and essential oils, I was all exited about using it but I dont like it : ( it made my hair really dry and strange. I tried just using the soap with some water to see if it was just the castile soap, it was symilar but not quite as drying which seems strange? HHMMMM! Thanks again Em
I have thick, course, dry curly hair, and I am still looking for a conditioner. None ever work for me! Any shampoo works, though. And I can get away with shampooing once a month, too >.< And just the roots, not the length.
But nice tips! I also use coconut oil, and it helps.
@cuzifeelikeit I tore my meniscus a couple of months ago and was on crutches for a few days afterwards, but I wore a brace for a few weeks afterwards because my knee was so week. I just got to the point a couple of weeks ago where I could cross my legs again but my knee is still a little weak. I haven’t done anything though, I’m just really careful about how I walk on it now. I haven’t had to have surgery on it
Very True DON’T WASH you hair max one as week, washing you hair often just DRY it . since I do that me hair is more healthy and I don’t need to cut it often

Thanks. Do you have a video on where do you get your B12 from? I heard spirulina b12 is not well absorbed. I’m only eating 2 eggs two to three times a week and sometimes I’m nibbling on meat. But I don’t particularly feel a lack of energy actually it improved since I started to take so much fruits and veges and listen to my doctor. But I need to know if I’m missing B12 and where to get it from natural sources.
