good finley some one agrees every one says i stupid and my school stupid for teaching that cuase they think they never cause damage from doing that to there hair.. but in fact they do ………. u just cant tell like people think they got static but in reality that hair that sticks up that no matter what u do its stays if from combinb or brushing from the scalp down ! -.- if they start from the bottom and work up they would not have that problem
did u know that when u brush or comb your hair the real way of doing it is brushing and combing from the bottom up it removes all the nots i learned that at hair school
Another tip, when you pull your hair back into a ponytail, don’t make it too tight. Not just the band itself around the hair, but you also don’t wanna stress your hair by combing all your hair back super tight to your head, leave it as loose as you can manage. Less breakage and pulling.
I have long hair, and hairdressers always remark how healthy it is. I don’t get splitends, ever, even though my hair is half way down my back. I attribute this to a couple things that you mentioned. I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week, and I avoid heat styling unless I’m going out. This includes blowdrying my hair, I gently towel dry and then allow it to air dry whenever I can.
