These are 5 of my tips (in no particular order) to help you achieve healthy, clear skin and prevent breakouts. This will not help you cure acne or other more serious skin problems, but they are just general tips for healthy skin
1. Diet – cut back on greasy/fried and spicy foods. Try to eat more nutritious foods with vitamins A, B, C, and E. 2. Water – drink lots of water to help your body naturally cleanse. 3. Sleep – get a decent amount of sleep regularly to help your body heal and fight off germs. 4. Contact – take preventative actions to minimize contact between your face and anything that is dirty or can carry bacteria. Wash your face regularly. 5. Moisturize – to maintain your skin’s natural balance of oils and moisture…otherwise your skin will go on overdrive producing oil and can cause breakouts! By the way, just to clarify…when I mention “diet” in this video, it refers to what you eat on a regular basis (not as in “go on a diet”). Thanks for watching! OOO I LOVVEEESSSSSSS YOUR CALENDER!!!!!! O.o!!
thanks hun!
god i thought you would bring up all those cosmetics products and go on ranting about cleansers, toners like other people…. really whatever you told about the tips they all are true and it works if you really carry it on a daily basis….
and one more tip… always smile and keep a positive attitude
This really really helped me a lot! Thank you so much
. I use to use cleansers and stuff like that but it just bothered me and didnt really help. So I just left my face alone for a long while without using anything. Now I just wash my face with water and try to drink as much water as I can and eat better, it really makes all the difference and my facegot better! Anoter biggie is do not pick your face! It is real bad and all your doing is digging the pimple deeper into your skin!
how do you get rid of dark circles under eyes?
how do you get rid of eye bags ?
Luv this! Thx
wash your face with water and nothing else
I used to get really bad acne a few years ago but now It’s pretty much gone, I get a couple every so often but not too bad. Drink lots of water, wash your face twice a day, eat a little healthier, etc.
Another thing that really helps is every night before bed wash your face then lay down a fresh towel over your pillow, instead of changing your pillow case all of the time. Then when you wake up, take the towel into the bathroom and wash your face, then use it to dry.
Great tips! their all soo true thxs alot!!
i loveee ur hairr! do u have a tutorial that explains how to do it?
u have such a beautiful smile

Awesome tips!
Been doing all that you mentioned for a couple of years and now, and I can honestly say that no tip is any more or less important than the others. They all help play a part in great healthy skin! I know alot of younger teens will get a huge benefit from these, ontop of all those who may not have figured these tips out yet, so way to go in helping us all look our best ^_^
Btw, you’re a really great speaker ON TOP of radiating health. Total new subscriber. =)
@lianacruz This is also works for your hair too!
However when it comes to the hair folicle and scalp never go with extrememly hot water, always stick with mild – room temperature. Then after lathering and/or letting the conditioner sit, rinse the product off with mild-room temperature water and then finish off with a burst of cold water, as cold as you can stand. The effect is just like sealing pores only it seals the hair folicle and gives you an awesome boost in shine and frizz control =D
The drinking water is just a urban myth. Dermatologists say that there is absolutely no connection between drinking water and healthy skin
domo!! =D
you got an beautiful face
Great Tip but everytime i try to do these tip i would say “I’ll do these tomorrow then next day i dont gotta tip 4 that
Thank you great tips x
Good God you have fantastic hair!

I think that more natural products on the skin is so important. When you put something on your skin, you absorb a lot of it into your blood stream, so if you cannot eat is, don’t wash with it. I use tea tree oil and manuka honey.
